Seriously…Who knew a Toddler in a Hula Skirt could be this cute?! :) Want to make one for a little tot in your life? Read below to see how:

Supplies:

Sheer lime green ribbon (Michael’s), 2 leis (Wal-Mart), Green stretchy headband (3 pack from Target dollar bin), fabric glue, scissors

   This hula skirt is so adorable. The color is very bright that makes the little child so happy. Although costume hula skirts are now made out of many different materials, making one out of fabric is probably the easiest way you can do it yourself.
