S'Mores in a Jar

Easy oven-baked s’mores in a jar made with graham cracker crust, chocolate, and toasted marshmallows. A fun single-serve dessert with no campfire needed.

Ingredients
  

  • Graham Crackers
  • Brown Sugar
  • Melted Butter
  • Chocolate Bar
  • Marshmallows
  • Coconut (optional)

Equipment

  • Cupcake Pan
  • Oven
  • Ziplock bag
  • Glass Baby Food Jars

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 320 degrees.
  2. Crush graham crackers in a ziplock bag until fine.

  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs with brown sugar and melted butter until crumbly.

  4. Layer crust mixture, chocolate, and marshmallows into small jars.

  5. Add coconut if desired.

  6. Place jars into a cupcake pan.
  7. Bake for a few minutes until the marshmallows begin to melt.
  8. Turn on the broiler for about 30 seconds to toast the marshmallows.

  9. Cool slightly and serve warm.
  10. Watch the jars very closely under the broiler. Marshmallows can burn fast.
