I love enjoying my backyard. I love sitting outside watching my kids play, or hosting an outdoor movie night. Living in Florida has its perks and outdoor living is one of them–especially as we enter fall! Soon we will go from “melt-your-face-off-hot” to cooler days perfect for being outside. I recently teamed up with Arhaus to create an Outoor Retreat (aka my backyard dream space) and I’m in love! So without further delay, I present my dream Arhaus Outdoor Retreat!
Meet my backyard. Small, cozy, and full of potential…
Under normal circumstances, I drag my dated back porch furniture out into the yard and throw blankets on the lawn. However, within my dream Outdoor Retreat I would include a sectional to better seat my guests comfortably.
I have 2 screws on my house that I can hang my screen on for outdoor movie nights and easily remove to protect from the elements. With a pergola, my plans would be to make an attachment to hang the projector as well.
But can you imagine this set up for a cozy movie night soirée??!
