What are Cakies you ask? Why, it’s my husband’s clever name for my quick and easy cookies made from cake mix!
As a working mom, it’s hard to find time to bake–however, this recipe calls for only 3 ingredients! So preheat your ovens to 350 degrees and your Cakies will be done faster than your latest expense report ;)
Gather your 3 ingredients:
1-Box of Cake Mix (your choice!)
2-1 egg
3-1 stick of melted butter
Mix all 3 ingredients in bowl, roll dough into balls, bake for 12-14 min (or until golden)…add icing if desired. Enjoy!
