There are several versions of ice cream cake recipes floating around the internet and I have been wanting to make my own for a long time. I’m glad I did because…it truly was…EPIC ;) Here’s my version of an easy ice cream cake you can make in no time:
Supplies-
-6 Ice Cream Sandwiches
-Whipped Cream
(I made my own using 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar)
-Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Chips (Chopped)
-Hershey’s Heath Toffee Bits
-Hershey’s Shell
-Wax Paper
Add your chips and toffee bits (or topping of your choice) then freeze for approximately 1 hour.
Remove and add your Hershey’s Shell before serving…Enjoy!
(Hint: It goes fast…you may want to make 2!)
