Time to “Shake It Up BABY Now!” As I (yet again) have been absent from blogland–I do have something to show for it :) I have been living in my own Yellow Submarine while getting ready for this Beatles inspired couples baby shower for some great friends! I have so many pictures and shower ideas to share so hold on tight because you’ve got “A Ticket to Ride”!
Guests were asked to autograph a special vinyl record as they entered the party. I placed it into an album frame for the couple to display in their nursery after the shower…the signatures turned out even better than I imagined!!
We had a “Ticket to Ride” Raffle where donations were excepted to help the couple out with purchasing the baby’s ride (aka the stroller)!
The mother and father to be wore special record buttons…
Yes…more Beatles references for the food :) SIDEBAR: I should mention the father to be’s parents provided ALL of the amazing food!!

Everyone got to decorate a onesie…how great is this one?!
