…now where was I? Oh yes–part 2 of The Beatles Baby Shower. Next up–the Yellow Submarine Candy Bar. If you have been following my blog–you probably already guessed that my amazing and talented pops hand crafted the Yellow Submarine to be used as nursery decor after the party!
I made a diaper cake using a vinyl record for the base, guitar baby rattles, and a green apple teether for the top to tie in our Beatles theme.
Close up candy shots…I mean, come on…”John Lemonheads” and “Ringo Starrbursts”?!…I crack myself up with my own cheesiness! Now for the first family portrait…
After all….”We all live in a Yellow Submarine!”
The rockin’ parents to be! Want to see the favors? Be sure to stop by later this week to see the final installment of the shower.
Now I’m going to be “The Taxman” and ask that you follow along on Facebook, Twitter, and RSS Feed….”yeah, I’m the Taxman”…
That’s My Daily Dose!

Hello
I am making these signs for a Beatles baby shower and I was wondering how you created the pregnant lady/husband / dog stencil that you put on the record signs for the yellow submarine candybar.
Please let me know if you can.
Thanks
Margaret

Did you make the large yellow submarine? It is so cute.

Hi Sheri! Thank you so much–my talented Dad made it! He’s quite crafty with a jig-saw :)
